The membership of this Cooperative is open to all natural persons, Filipino citizens, of legal age, with capacity
to contract and within the common bond and field of membership described as follows:
1. Regular Members – As common bond, having Aquilaria malaccensis (Bari) plantation of at least 100 trees or into Aquilaria Malaccensis propagation and farming business.
2. Associate Members – May not have Aquilaria malaccensis (Bari) plantation but have willingness to invest and support the cooperative.
