Primary Purpose

To engage in the development, establishment, and management of sustainable agroforestry plantations, integrating high-value tree crops, agricultural products, and ecological land-use systems for the purpose of producing raw materials, essential oils, wood products, and other agricultural commodities for domestic and international markets, in accordance with sound environmental, economic, and social sustainability principles.

Secondary Purposes

  1. To engage in the propagation, cultivation, harvesting, processing, trading, importation, and exportation of high-value trees and crops such as agarwood, sandalwood, cinnamon, nutmeg, ylang-ylang, golden champaca, citrus, and other agroforestry species.
  2. To provide technical, management, and consultancy services for agroforestry development, land rehabilitation, sustainable farming, and plantation management.
  3. To engage in carbon farming, carbon credit trading, and other climate-change mitigation projects in line with international and local sustainability standards.
  4. To conduct research and development on advanced cultivation practices, agro-biotechnology, and regenerative farming techniques, including partnerships with universities, cooperatives, and research institutions.
  5. To establish processing facilities for value-added products, including essential oils, natural extracts, timber substitutes, herbal teas, organic fertilizers, and other agroforestry-derived goods.
  6. To import, export, buy, sell, distribute, or otherwise deal in machinery, equipment, farm inputs, organic fertilizers, biostimulants, and related agricultural technologies necessary for plantation operations.
  7. To provide training, education, and capacity-building programs for farmers, cooperatives, and local communities to strengthen agroforestry adoption and sustainability practices.
  8. To enter into joint ventures, partnerships, or management contracts with individuals, corporations, cooperatives, NGOs, and government agencies for the promotion of agroforestry and related industries.
  9. To engage in eco-tourism and farm estate development related to plantation projects, provided the same is consistent with environmental laws and sustainable land-use principles.
  10. To invest in, purchase, lease, own, sell, or mortgage real and personal properties as may be necessary or incidental to the pursuit of the foregoing purposes.
